Lucy lives in Hedge End, Southampton with her husband, two children and two cats, Fig and Sparx.
Lucy completed a psychology undergraduate degree at Southampton University and went on to complete a two year post graduate diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling in 2011. Following on from this, Lucy completed a one year Masters Degree in the same discipline, focusing on cat play behaviour.
Lucy is a full member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC) and an Animal Behaviour Training Council Registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist.
Lucy has lived with cats all her life and has worked with them since 2007 through volunteering and employment. Lucy continues to keep her knowledge of cats up to date by attending conferences held by the APBC and International Cat Care and by reading current books and publications concerning cat behaviour and welfare.
